About the role
Masterworks is looking for a detail‑oriented Software Deployment Engineer to manage the deployment, configuration, and monitoring of software applications across Windows and Linux environments. You will work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to ensure smooth delivery and operational stability.
Key responsibilities
- Manage production applications on Windows and Linux servers.
- Follow change‑management and IT‑governance procedures.
- Review cybersecurity reports, close vulnerabilities and provide evidence‑based closure reports.
- Troubleshoot live applications, collaborate with infrastructure teams and produce RCA reports.
- Provide Level 3 support, incident investigation, and problem management.
- Monitor application performance and proactively address issues.
- Assist users, deliver training, and maintain documentation.
- Participate in application upgrades, patches, and DevSecOps pipeline activities.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical support and bug resolution.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 36 months of relevant experience in software deployment or application support.
