Software Engineer – High-Performance, Lean Systems

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer who will design, develop and maintain high-performance, lightweight software solutions that directly interact with databases. The role emphasizes clean native code, zero-bloat architecture and strong security compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Architect lean, performance-driven software structures and select optimized design patterns.
• Design and enforce a secure direct database-to-client pipeline using highly optimized stored procedures, avoiding heavy ORMs.
• Write clean, secure native code and lead strict code reviews to ensure low-latency execution.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, break down features into manageable tasks and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Investigate and resolve complex architectural bugs, system latencies and slow query execution plans.
• Mentor developers on stored-procedure optimization, memory management and secure coding practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field.
• Proven experience in full-stack web development with a focus on backend performance and database engineering.
