Software Engineer – Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

About the role

Q4 is seeking a full‑time Software Engineer to join its Riyadh office. You will help design, develop, test, and maintain back‑end applications that power the company’s financial services platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Implement back‑end features and RESTful APIs.
• Write clean, efficient, and testable code in Java, C# or Python.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
• Help improve system performance, scalability, and security.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in computer science, algorithms, data structures and software design.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands‑on experience with back‑end web development, databases and integration with external services.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an on‑site team.
• Comfortable working in an English‑speaking technical environment; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
