Solution Center Manager

About the role

Amadeus is seeking a Solution Center Manager to lead the Solution Center for a key customer. The role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day management, ensuring roadmap projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality while driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver roadmap projects on schedule, within scope, quality and budget, and support revenue objectives.
• Manage the Solution Center budget, financial planning, reporting and invoicing.
• Establish and maintain governance with customers and internal teams, including steering committees.
• Identify resource needs, coordinate allocation with line organizations, and monitor risks and issues.
• Collaborate closely with R&D teams to define and maintain the Solution Center roadmap.
• Partner with commercial teams to develop business opportunities and up‑sell services.
• Build and nurture relationships with business and technical stakeholders at all levels.
• Ensure timely communication, documentation and information flow across all parties.

Required profile

• Degree in business, marketing, computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience managing complex IT programs in an international environment.
• Knowledge of Amadeus products and solutions is a plus.
• Experience in solution delivery or program/project management within airline, travel or e‑commerce sectors.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Fluent English; additional Arabic or French is an asset.
