About the role
The Solution Development Consultant provides senior‑level consulting and digital transformation expertise, turning complex customer challenges into innovative, scalable, and secure digital platform solutions. The role acts as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and coordinates across Sales, Product, Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
Key responsibilities
- Translate customer business challenges into commercially viable digital solutions.
- Lead solution development from opportunity shaping and discovery through proposal, design, and hand‑over to delivery.
- Bridge communication between customers and internal teams (Sales, Product, Architecture, Engineering, Delivery).
- Ensure solutions meet functional, technical, commercial, security, and scalability requirements.
Required profile
- Proven senior‑level experience in solution consulting and digital transformation.
- Strong advisory skills with senior customer stakeholders.
- Ability to align solutions with product and technology strategy while delivering measurable business value.
