About the role

The Spa Manager at Life in Balance Spa, Miraval The Red Sea, oversees day‑to‑day operations, delivering mindful wellness experiences for guests. The role integrates spa therapies, bodywork, beauty services and holistic practices while leading a professional team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring all services meet the highest quality and consistency.
• Lead, mentor and develop the spa team, managing schedules, performance reviews and training programs.
• Manage spa budgeting, inventory, supply ordering and revenue tracking to achieve business targets.
• Design and launch new spa programs, retreats and seasonal experiences in line with wellness trends.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards and guest privacy protocols.
• Collaborate with resort departments and marketing to integrate spa offerings and promote guest engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in spa management, wellness management, health and wellness or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in spa management or a leadership role within a luxury wellness resort.
• Advanced certifications in spa therapies or mindfulness‑based practices.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Strong passion for wellness, mindfulness and creating transformative guest experiences.
