Spa Manager – Mindful Luxury Wellness Resort

About the role

The Spa Manager at Miraval The Red Sea will lead daily spa operations, delivering mindful wellness experiences for guests. This role blends spa therapies, beauty services and holistic practices while fostering a supportive environment for staff and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring high‑quality treatments, a clean environment and seamless guest experience.
• Lead and develop a team of spa professionals, managing schedules, performance reviews and training programs.
• Design and launch new spa programs, retreats and seasonal experiences in collaboration with the Director of Wellness.
• Manage budgeting, inventory, supply ordering and track revenue performance against targets.
• Coordinate with resort departments and marketing to promote spa services and integrate them with fitness, yoga and other wellness activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in spa management, wellness or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience managing a luxury spa or wellness resort.
• Advanced certifications in spa therapies or mindfulness‑based practices.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
