Spa Therapist – Female (Full‑time)

About the role

The Spa Therapist will join Shangri‑La Jeddah’s Wellness Club to deliver high‑quality spa treatments to guests. This full‑time, onsite position focuses on creating a seamless, relaxing experience that aligns with the spa’s vision and luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guests with professional spa treatments in a timely and courteous manner.
• Handle all guest requests, ensuring each service meets the hotel’s quality standards.
• Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment.
• Become familiar with spa packages, facilities, and equipment, and record guest preferences.

Required profile

• Passion for wellness and holistic health.
• Relevant certification such as CIDESCO, ITEC, CIBTAC, IFA or an equivalent qualification.
• Preferably prior experience in a spa or hotel environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and enjoyment of guest interaction.
• Ability to work independently and maintain professionalism.
