Sports Management Graduate Internship – DSI MENA

About the role

Dentsu Sports International is offering a 12‑month paid graduate programme in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role combines two six‑month rotations – one in sports marketing services and another in sports analytics – giving you hands‑on experience in a fast‑growing sports industry.

Key responsibilities

• Support live client briefs, strategic projects and new‑business opportunities across sponsorship, content, hospitality, events and partnership activation.
• Conduct market research, develop sponsorship strategies, prepare client presentations and assist in campaign development and delivery.
• Analyse audience data, evaluate sponsorship performance, produce reports and generate insight‑led recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless activation and execution of sports marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a strong interest in sports management, marketing or analytics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work in a fast‑paced agency environment.
• Analytical mindset and willingness to learn data‑driven decision‑making.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
