SSHE & Safe Driving Manager (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Lead Nestlé’s road safety excellence across the Saudi market by developing and implementing a comprehensive safe‑driving strategy. The role combines safety, health, environment (SSHE) expertise with fleet and driver management to embed a culture of safe driving throughout the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Inspire change by promoting Nestlé SH&E values and safe‑driving behaviours across all functions.
• Develop a market‑wide safe‑driving strategy aligned with group priorities and the OMP.
• Guide implementation of the Nestlé S&H Management System (NSMS), Nestlé Environmental Management System (NEMS) and CARE standards.
• Lead the rollout of Nestlé Group Vehicles & Driving standard (ST‑18.049) and related audits.
• Review and redesign audit tools, conduct gap analyses against ST‑18.049 and ST‑18.115.
• Provide advice on leadership, hazard identification, journey planning, driver recruitment and training.
• Develop and maintain driver training programmes, assess competence and manage third‑party providers.
• Conduct fleet audits, safe‑work assessments and support new vehicle fit‑for‑purpose evaluations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years (60 months) of experience in road safety, safe‑driving programmes or fleet management.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives and influence stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of safety management systems (NSMS, NEMS) and relevant standards.
• Excellent communication skills in English and ability to work onsite in Saudi Arabia.
