Startup Co-founder & Venture Lead

About the role

We are building a creator‑powered cloud kitchen platform that reshapes food delivery across the MENA region. As a Co‑founder & Venture Lead, you will join the founding team to drive growth, operational excellence, and market expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own full P&L, set topline growth and profitability targets, and manage unit economics.
• Scale on‑demand and subscription models while expanding influencer partnerships across new cuisines.
• Lead geographic expansion beyond current Saudi markets.
• Oversee cloud‑kitchen operations, last‑mile logistics, menu engineering, and demand‑generation systems.
• Design and execute fundraising strategy, build investor materials, and manage stakeholder communications.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain a high‑performing venture team.

Required profile

• 5+ years in startups, venture building, or high‑growth environments.
• Proven track record of launching or scaling new business models.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Saudi Arabia.
