Storekeeper – Warehouse & Inventory Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Storekeeper to manage warehouse and inventory operations. The role ensures accurate stock control, proper material handling, and timely coordination with operational teams.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials against purchase orders.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system and monitor stock levels.
• Conduct cycle counts, support physical inventory audits, and investigate discrepancies.
• Organize, label, and store materials safely, applying FIFO and other control practices.
• Issue materials only against approved requests and coordinate with procurement, operations, maintenance, and project teams.
• Prepare and maintain documentation such as bin cards, receiving documents, delivery notes, and issue vouchers.
• Ensure compliance with warehouse procedures, HSE requirements, and support internal/external audits.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent; diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Warehouse Management preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience in storekeeping, warehouse operations, or inventory management.
• Experience in Facilities Management, Operations & Maintenance, or similar environments is highly preferred.
• Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) and solid Microsoft Excel skills.
