Stores Quality Audit – Fresh Products Branch Quality Monitor

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Stores Quality Audit professional to ensure that fresh products across our branches meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and presentation. You will work on‑site, visiting multiple locations to verify compliance with operational procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular field visits to inspect product quality and condition.
• Monitor damaged items and enforce proper stock rotation using FIFO principles.
• Verify hygiene, cleanliness, and overall store standards.
• Prepare daily audit reports highlighting issues and recommending improvements.
• Collaborate with store teams to address non‑conformities promptly.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in food & beverage, retail, or store operations.
• Proven background in quality control, store audits, or operational compliance.
• Good understanding of FIFO and stock handling processes.
• Basic English reading and writing abilities.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Willingness to travel to multiple branches.
