Stores Quality Audit – Fresh Products

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Stores Quality Audit professional to ensure product quality, proper stock rotation, and operational standards across our fresh‑product branches. The role involves regular field visits, hands‑on inspections, and reporting to support continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct on‑site visits to multiple branches and inspect fresh product quality.
• Monitor damaged items and verify correct FIFO (first‑in‑first‑out) implementation.
• Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and overall operational standards are maintained.
• Prepare daily audit reports highlighting issues and recommending corrective actions.
• Collaborate with store teams to address compliance gaps.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B, retail, or store operations.
• Proven experience in quality control, store audit, or operational compliance.
• Good understanding of FIFO and stock handling processes.
• Basic English reading and writing skills.
• High school diploma or higher.
• Willingness to travel to multiple branch locations.
