Strategic Talent Acquisition Recruiter (HR Business Partner)

About the role

We are looking for a strategic, results‑driven Talent Acquisition Recruiter who will act as an HR Business Partner to senior leadership. You will own end‑to‑end recruitment, build robust talent pipelines, and align hiring strategies with overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑lifecycle recruitment for mid‑level, senior and specialized positions across multiple business units.
• Execute multi‑channel sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, headhunting, job boards and employee referrals.
• Represent the company at career fairs and industry events to strengthen employer branding.
• Partner with hiring managers to forecast needs, define job specifications and provide market insights.
• Collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and employee integration.
• Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, quality of hire) and continuously improve processes.
• Maintain data integrity in the Applicant Tracking System and ensure compliance with labor laws.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, sourcing or HR Business Partner roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications (SHRM‑CP, PHR, CIPD) are a plus.
• Proven track record of direct candidate sourcing and headhunting for niche roles.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using Excel and HR reporting tools.
