About the role

Weatherford is offering a summer 2023 internship across its Houston locations, giving students the chance to work in finance, accounting, sales, legal, supply chain or human resources. Interns will gain hands‑on experience, learn about health, safety and environment standards in the oil‑and‑gas sector, and develop a project that delivers real business impact.

Key responsibilities

• Receive coaching and mentoring from managers and the Talent Development team.
• Complete internal projects aimed at business improvements and customer outcomes.
• Learn Weatherford’s systems, processes and industry practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and fellow interns.
• Present project results to senior leadership.
• Provide feedback at the end of the internship.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a university degree program.
• Interest in corporate functions such as finance, accounting, sales, legal, supply chain or HR.
• Willingness to work onsite in Houston for the summer period.
