Supervisor Building II

About the role

The Supervisor Building II is responsible for overseeing all building operations and maintenance activities within assigned facilities. This role ensures that the building runs efficiently, safely, and meets quality standards while serving the needs of its users.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily building operations and maintenance tasks.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules, work orders, and control processes.
• Monitor building assets, including HVAC, chillers, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Lead and manage maintenance staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Communicate with building users regarding facility services and requirements.
• Prepare and manage budgets and administrative procedures related to building operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Business Management, Engineering, or related field, or a Diploma/High School qualification with extensive experience.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for degree holders (including at least 1 year in a supervisory role) or 11 years for diploma/high‑school holders.
• Strong knowledge of building operations, maintenance activities, and shop‑craft work.
• Ability to read and interpret office layouts, equipment specifications, and technical manuals.
• Work Permit Issuer certification.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
