Supply Chain Director

About the role

The company, a leading hospitality operator, is expanding its residential community portfolio in Riyadh and needs a strategic leader to shape its supply chain function. As Supply Chain Director you will design and execute the end‑to‑end strategy that ensures materials, services and resources flow efficiently to support residential compound operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a supply chain strategy aligned with business and operational objectives.
• Lead Procurement, Sourcing, Warehouse, Inventory, Supplier Management and Logistics functions.
• Set objectives, KPIs and performance standards for a team of 17, including procurement and warehouse managers.
• Design sourcing and procurement approaches that optimise cost while maintaining quality.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, contractors and strategic partners.
• Oversee supplier evaluation, negotiation, performance management and continuous improvement.
• Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment and services for residential compounds.
• Monitor supply chain KPIs, service levels, cost targets and inventory levels.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce costs and increase resilience.
• Manage warehouse operations, inventory control and distribution processes.
• Develop contingency and risk‑mitigation plans to guarantee business continuity.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or related fields, preferably within hospitality or residential services.
• Proven leadership of large, cross‑functional teams (minimum 15 staff).
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to align supply chain initiatives with corporate goals.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior leadership, operations, finance and project teams.
