Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will be responsible for end‑to‑end logistics, from global procurement and customs clearance to warehouse operations and last‑mile distribution. This role ensures that inventory is accurate, costs are controlled, and service levels meet the demands of retail and e‑commerce channels.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse layout, security, and achieve 100% ERP inventory accuracy through rigorous cycle counting.
• Identify, negotiate and manage relationships with international and local suppliers.
• Coordinate freight forwarding, customs clearance and ensure compliance with Saudi import regulations.
• Plan demand for seasonal peaks such as Ramadan and Hajj to avoid stockouts.
• Manage distribution from the central warehouse to physical stores and online customers, optimizing cost and speed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of supply chain and warehouse management experience, preferably in Retail or FMCG within Saudi Arabia.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi import laws, customs procedures and local logistics infrastructure.
• Professional fluency in both Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems such as Odoo and SAP.
• Experience using inventory management software.
