Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Supply Chain Manager will lead the procurement, inventory, warehousing and distribution functions for a hospital, ensuring that medical and non‑medical supplies are available when needed while controlling costs and maintaining compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee procurement, inventory management, warehousing and distribution activities to guarantee continuous supply of essential items.
• Develop and implement supply‑chain strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs and enhance service quality.
• Monitor inventory levels, supplier performance, purchasing activities and key performance indicators to optimise overall performance.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiate contracts and manage vendor relationships to secure quality, value and timely delivery.
• Ensure all processes comply with procurement policies, regulatory requirements, quality standards and hospital procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or inventory management.
• Experience in a healthcare or hospital environment is preferred.
