Supply Chain Manager – Retail Operations

About the role

Majid Al Futtaim Retail is looking for an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimise end‑to‑end supply chain operations across warehousing, transportation, replenishment, import/export and logistics projects. The role will drive operational excellence, improve efficiency, reduce costs and support the company’s growth strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives and expansion plans.
• Lead logistics and supply chain projects covering warehousing, transportation, replenishment, import/export and digital operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, efficiency and cost optimisation.
• Ensure proper stock management, availability and distribution centre inventory control.
• Oversee customs compliance and stay updated on regulatory changes affecting supply chain operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and ensure adherence to company policies, safety and audit requirements.
• Lead, coach and develop supply chain teams, managing performance and succession planning.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics or related functions.
• Minimum 5 years of experience within retail logistics, hypermarkets, supermarkets, retailers or logistics providers.
• Strong expertise in warehousing, transportation, replenishment, import/export and sourcing operations.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale supply chain projects and business transformation initiatives.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, analytical and decision‑making abilities.
