Supply Chain Planner

About the role

CemServ is looking for a motivated Supply Chain Planner to join its Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for coordinating demand, supply and inventory activities to keep production running smoothly and ensure material availability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain demand, supply and inventory plans aligned with production requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels and guarantee material availability for uninterrupted operations.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, Warehouse and Finance teams to synchronize supply‑chain activities.
• Analyze forecasts, consumption trends and planning data to improve forecast accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to optimise inventory while balancing cost and availability.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives for planning processes.
• Track key planning metrics and provide regular reports and recommendations to management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in supply, demand or inventory planning, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and data‑analysis capabilities.
• Strong experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Inventory management and optimisation knowledge.
