Supply Chain Specialist

About the role

Diaverum is seeking a proactive Supply Chain Specialist to own end‑to‑end clinic supply activities. You will ensure accurate stock validation, calculate supply needs, issue purchase orders, monitor deliveries and maintain audit‑ready documentation across multiple clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and validate clinic stock‑count reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Investigate abnormal stock movements and resolve discrepancies with clinic teams.
• Calculate supply requirements using stock on hand, open orders, consumption data and coverage targets.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders through the approved process, verifying item details.
• Support sourcing assessments, market research and supplier pre‑qualification activities.
• Monitor deliveries against PO dates, follow up on delays and coordinate contingency actions.
• Retain all approvals, supplier communications and supporting documents for traceability and audit readiness.
• Prepare weekly operational updates for the Supply Chain Team Leader.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and controls.
