About the role
The Demand and Supply Planner will develop demand forecasts, manage inventory levels, coordinate purchase planning, and ensure timely product availability for beauty products across all stores.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare monthly demand and supply plans and rolling forecasts for quarterly and annual business planning.
- Analyze sales performance, forecast accuracy and demand patterns to continuously improve planning quality.
- Monitor inventory metrics such as stock cover, safety stock, reorder points and recommend actions to improve turnover.
- Produce monthly planning reports, service level and fill‑rate analyses.
- Maintain planning master data and improve automation using advanced Excel and reporting tools.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 2 to 5+ years of experience in demand and supply planning, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics or luxury retail industry.
