Talent Acquisition Associate

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Associate will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process, partnering with hiring managers to attract and hire high‑calibre talent that supports ASMO’s strategic objectives. You will ensure a smooth candidate experience while complying with company policies and Saudization requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval to onboarding, meeting agreed service‑level timelines.
• Partner with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, agencies, career fairs and employee referrals.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill roles.
• Conduct screening, competency‑based interviews, assessments and shortlisting.
• Prepare and negotiate offers, perform reference and background checks, and ensure completion of pre‑employment requirements.
• Maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities and external talent partners.
• Support internship, graduate development and Saudization programs.
• Maintain accurate job descriptions, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, and manage recruitment data in the ATS.
• Analyze recruitment metrics, produce dashboards and recommend process improvements.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and monitor recruitment‑related expenditures.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of positions.
• Strong partnership skills with hiring managers and external talent sources.
• Knowledge of Saudi labour regulations and Saudization requirements.
• Ability to analyse recruitment data and present actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
