Senior HR Systems Development Analyst

About the role

The Senior HR Systems Development Analyst will support and enhance HR digital solutions, ensuring processes are optimized and systems align with business objectives. This role works closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver compliant, user‑focused services.

Key responsibilities

• Support and maintain HR systems, coordinate enhancements with IT and vendors, and ensure configurations match HR policies.
• Analyze and improve HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, and employee lifecycle, developing standardized workflows and automation.
• Gather business requirements, translate them into functional specifications, and support solution design and implementation.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), validate changes before production, and ensure quality and compliance.
• Develop and maintain HR SOPs, policies, workflows, user guides, and process maps.
• Coordinate system changes, manage Requests for Change (RFCs), and support digital HR initiatives.
• Conduct training sessions for HR users and provide functional support and troubleshooting.
