Talent Acquisition Coordinator

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will support the HR recruitment function by handling day‑to‑day hiring activities. This position is ideal for Saudi nationals looking to start a career in talent acquisition while participating in the HRDF Tamheer Program.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team with sourcing and screening candidates.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Update and manage candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Prepare recruitment reports, trackers, and related documentation.
• Provide recruitment support to various business units across the organization.
• Contribute to improving the candidate experience and strengthening the employer brand.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and procedures.
• Handle multiple recruitment requests simultaneously while working under pressure.

Required profile

• Saudi national eligible for the HRDF Tamheer Program.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on accuracy and compliance.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with other Microsoft Office applications.
