Talent Acquisition Manager

About the role

CBS is looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting efforts and shape our talent strategy. You will own the end‑to‑end hiring process, partner with department heads, and ensure a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the talent acquisition team to achieve high performance.
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and effective onboarding.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs to evaluate and improve talent acquisition effectiveness.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs.
• Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent across various roles.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies and employment laws.
• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and make data‑driven decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Experience using HR software platforms.
