Talent Acquisition Manager – Lead Recruitment Strategy

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Manager to own the end‑to‑end recruitment function, shape talent acquisition strategy and build a high‑performing team that delivers top talent across all levels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute a proactive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth and workforce planning.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill positions.
• Lead executive and senior hiring processes, from sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Manage, coach and set KPIs for a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
• Partner with HR Business Partners and department heads to forecast hiring needs and create headcount plans.
• Act as trusted advisor to business leaders on market intelligence, hiring best practices and stakeholder management.
• Optimize recruitment processes, ATS tools and analytics to improve efficiency and candidate experience.
• Track and report key metrics such as time‑to‑fill, cost‑per‑hire, offer acceptance rate and quality of hire.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• 7+ years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Proven success in executive hiring and large‑scale recruitment campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labour market, Saudization, and Qiwa/MHRSD regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.

• Proficiency with ATS systems.
• Experience using recruitment analytics tools.
• Familiarity with competency‑based interviewing frameworks.
