Talent Acquisition Manager - Pre-Opening Resort

About the role

Four Seasons is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Manager for its pre-opening resort and residences on Shura Island, Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will lead end-to-end recruitment and help staff the resort before it opens. The role is full-time and open to Saudi nationals only, in line with Saudi labour law.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for operational and leadership positions across the resort
• Develop and run talent acquisition strategies aligned with pre-opening timelines and workforce plans
• Work with department heads to understand hiring needs and deliver quality hires on time
• Oversee candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, assessments and offer management
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, visa processes and Four Seasons recruitment standards
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job boards and external partners
• Maintain recruitment records, reports and hiring metrics
• Promote Four Seasons as an employer of choice through branding, job fairs and networking
• Support onboarding and pre-employment processes

Required profile

• Minimum 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Proven experience managing high-volume recruitment, ideally in a pre-opening setting
• Fluent English; Arabic is an advantage
• Suitable candidates must be able to work in Saudi Arabia

• Strong knowledge of recruitment systems, sourcing techniques and interview methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
