Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a forward‑thinking Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role you will drive the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and use data‑driven practices to attract top talent across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment from requisition through onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and talent requirements.
• Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, talent communities, referrals and digital channels.
• Build and maintain pipelines for critical and future workforce needs.
• Conduct competency‑based interviews and assessments.
• Enhance employer branding initiatives.
• Ensure a seamless, engaging candidate experience.
• Manage offer negotiations and pre‑employment processes.
• Utilize ATS and recruitment analytics to monitor performance and KPIs.
• Contribute to recruitment projects, process improvements and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment or executive search.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates, especially through LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience recruiting across diverse functions and levels, preferably in FMCG or real‑estate.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) are a plus.
