Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple business units, focusing on hospitality, food & beverage, entertainment and large seasonal projects. You will partner with hiring managers to attract, assess and onboard top talent in a fast‑paced, global environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to onboarding for permanent, temporary, contract and seasonal roles.
• Source, screen, interview and shortlist candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, referrals, agencies, career fairs and academic institutions.
• Coordinate mass hiring events, assessment days and seasonal recruitment drives to meet project timelines.
• Oversee overseas recruitment, ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations and handling documentation, verification and mobilization.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS, prepare offers, conduct reference checks and produce recruitment metrics.
• Build and nurture talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives within the hospitality sector.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 3‑5 years of talent acquisition experience, with a strong background in hospitality and F&B recruitment.
• Proven experience in high‑volume and seasonal hiring, preferably for luxury hotels, fine‑dining restaurants or entertainment venues.
• Experience managing international recruitment processes and compliance.
