About the role

We are seeking a people‑driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract top talent and support our rapid growth in Voice AI and AI agents. You will partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and guide candidates through each stage, ensuring a 10/5 experience from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full‑cycle recruitment process for technical and non‑technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source and engage top talent across a variety of channels.
• Screen, interview, and guide candidates through the recruitment process.
• Track and report on key hiring metrics to continuously improve the process.
• Share timely updates with hiring managers on active roles.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on recruiting experience, preferably in tech or startups.
• Solid experience sourcing technical talent such as engineers and product professionals.
• Strong communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Familiarity with ATS systems and recruiting tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing start‑up environment.
