Talent Acquisition Specialist (On-site)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join PearTree Securities and support our growth by attracting and hiring top talent. The role is remote, allowing you to work from anywhere in Saudi Arabia while collaborating closely with hiring managers and HR partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Maintain candidate pipelines, track recruitment metrics and ensure timely hiring.
• Conduct reference checks, background verifications and support salary negotiations.
• Assist with onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Support employer branding and talent engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with HR and team leads to continuously improve recruitment processes.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or HR.
• Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruitment and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple priorities.
