About the role
Our client, a leading organization in the tourism and hospitality sector, is seeking a qualified HR Specialist to join their team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing core HR functions, supporting employee development, and ensuring compliance with local labor regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to candidate selection.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills.
- Monitor and evaluate employee performance, providing guidance and support where needed.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and applicable labor regulations.
- Maintain accurate employee files and personnel records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably within tourism or hospitality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good knowledge of applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
