Talent Acquisition Specialist - Pre-Opening Resort

About the role

Four Seasons is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist for its pre-opening team at the upcoming Four Seasons Resort and Residences Red Sea on Shura Island, Saudi Arabia. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will attract, select and hire top talent to support the resort's opening and ongoing operation, in line with Four Seasons' culture, service philosophy and brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple departments
• Partner with department heads on staffing needs, job requirements and hiring timelines
• Screen, interview and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit
• Coordinate recruitment campaigns, job fairs and sourcing locally and internationally
• Manage job postings, candidate tracking and hiring processes through Workday
• Maintain recruitment reports, hiring metrics and compliance documentation
• Support pre-employment steps such as offers, background checks and onboarding
• Promote Four Seasons as an employer of choice and deliver a positive candidate experience

Required profile

• Minimum 2-3 years of supervisory experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in luxury hospitality
• Fluent English; local status under Saudi labour law required
• Previous pre-opening experience is an advantage
• Ability to work in Saudi Arabia

Required skills

• Knowledge of recruitment best practices, interviewing techniques and employer branding
• Experience with HR systems and applicant tracking systems; Workday experience is an advantage
