Talent Recruiter – MEA Region

About the role

The Talent Recruiter will support end‑to‑end recruitment activities across the Middle East & Africa (MEA) region, partnering with hiring managers and HR colleagues to attract and hire top talent that drives Emerson’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for assigned positions across the MEA region, ensuring an efficient and positive hiring experience.
• Source and engage candidates through Oracle Recruiting Cloud, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and other channels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and align recruitment strategies with business needs.
• Conduct candidate screening, interviews and assessments using structured, objective methods.
• Maintain talent pipelines and candidate communities for recurring and critical roles.
• Provide timely communication and updates to candidates, hiring managers and HR stakeholders throughout the process.
• Support inclusion, localization and workforce planning initiatives across the region.
• Represent Emerson at career fairs, university events and employer‑branding activities.

• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Required skills

• Oracle Recruiting Cloud (or similar applicant tracking system).
• LinkedIn Recruiter for candidate sourcing.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
