About the role
The Tamheer program is a six‑month on‑the‑job training initiative for Saudi graduates, organized under the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). Participants will gain practical experience while developing professional competencies in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Engage in the on‑the‑job training activities defined by the Tamheer program.
- Collaborate with leaders, team members, and peers to support project delivery.
- Apply planning, organizational, and follow‑up skills to daily tasks.
Required profile
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Excellent planning, organization, and multitasking capabilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Outstanding collaboration and teamwork skills.
