About the role
The Tamheer Trainee program is a six‑month, on‑the‑job training initiative designed for recent Saudi university graduates. Hosted under the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF), the program offers hands‑on experience across various business functions while developing professional competencies.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in daily operational tasks and support team projects.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with leaders and peers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Manage multiple assignments in a fast‑paced environment.
- Contribute to planning, organization, and follow‑up activities.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Required skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
