About the role
The Tamheer program is a six‑month on‑the‑job training program for Saudi graduates, organized under the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). It provides practical experience and exposure to HR functions.

- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
- Excellent planning, organization and follow‑up skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment
