Team Leader – Engineering Processing

About the role

The National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) seeks a Team Leader – Engineering (Processing) to oversee the reliability and performance of processing equipment at its Haradh plant in Saudi Arabia. This senior engineering role will guide maintenance activities, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across the manufacturing operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise all processing maintenance activities to guarantee smooth plant operations.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs and equipment inspections.
• Maintain compliance with safety, GMP, and quality requirements.
• Collaborate with production and cross‑functional teams to maximize equipment performance and reliability.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support the development of the maintenance team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering or a related field.
• Relevant experience in maintenance, processing, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong technical troubleshooting abilities and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.
