Team Leader – Poultry Processing

About the role

Almarai is seeking a Team Leader to manage a self‑directing, multi‑functional team responsible for the intake and processing of poultry products in Hail, Saudi Arabia. The role ensures production meets internal customer requirements while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team in daily poultry intake and processing operations.
• Finalize and implement the daily production plan in coordination with Production Management.
• Conduct internal quality, HACCP and ISO audits.
• Identify and implement process optimisations to improve service levels.
• Oversee production and maintenance activities and develop SOPs and plant commissioning procedures.
• Perform safety and risk assessments.
• Manage people, make decisions, solve problems and handle work pressure effectively.

Required profile

• Diploma in Poultry Processing, Food Technology or a related discipline.
• Certificate in Supervisory Management (desirable).
• Internal auditor experience with HACCP and ISO standards.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar poultry food environment.
• Proven ability to develop systems, SOPs and conduct safety assessments.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
