Tech PMO

About the role

As a Tech PMO you will own client projects end‑to‑end, from concept and solution design through launch, scaling and optimisation. This six‑month full‑time assignment is based onsite in Riyadh, working closely with the TAYB team and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own project scoping, solution design, delivery, budget, timeline and quality.
• Act as primary client contact for delivery, scope, timelines and priorities.
• Collaborate with central teams (SEO, Content, Development, Studio, UI/UX) to deliver integrated digital solutions.
• Identify and resolve risks, dependencies and bottlenecks early.
• Lead client conversations, advise, negotiate and guide better outcomes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Technical Project Owner or Tech Project Manager.
• Proven experience in a digital, technology or delivery‑focused agency.
• Strong business and commercial acumen with analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Fluent in English and eligible to work in Malta/EU.
• Willing to relocate to Riyadh for six months.
