Technical ERP Specialist

About the role

The Technical ERP Specialist will deploy, customize, and support Odoo ERP solutions for First Leadership and its clients, ensuring robust, user‑friendly systems that meet business requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and customize Odoo modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, HR) to meet client needs.
• Develop Odoo modules using Python, following best practices for performance and readability.
• Maintain and troubleshoot integrations with external platforms such as ZATCA e‑invoicing, payment gateways, and government portals.
• Assist in data migration from legacy systems, ensuring accuracy and security.
• Collaborate with the Digital Solutions Consultant to turn specifications into functional features and implement automation scripts.
• Conduct UAT testing of customizations and apply security practices, including access controls and backups.
• Document technical customizations and provide support to client super users and internal staff.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• 2–4 years of ERP development experience, preferably with Odoo.
• Proficiency in Python and PostgreSQL.
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3 and XML.
• Professional fluency in English and Arabic.

Required skills

• Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to technical detail.
• Proficiency with VS Code for development and Git/GitHub for version control.
• Ability to manage multiple technical tasks across projects simultaneously.
• Solid understanding of business logic in finance, supply chain or HR domains.
