Technical Implementation Lead – Cards (Consumer, Wallet & Commercial)

About the role

Join a leading BNPL fintech that is launching mass‑market consumer credit cards, wallet‑linked prepaid cards and commercial card products in Saudi Arabia. The Technical Implementation Lead will work closely with product and technology teams to own the full delivery lifecycle of new card programs, from principal membership and BIN setup through processor integration, scheme certification and production go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical implementation of consumer credit, prepaid/wallet and commercial card programs.
• Manage BIN requests, ICA assignment, processor onboarding, CMS integration and payment‑scheme certification.
• Coordinate principal membership enablement and ensure compliance with SAMA regulations.
• Oversee card production, personalization, fulfillment and digital issuance.
• Deliver Apple Pay, Google Pay and xPay integrations, including MDES tokenization, 3‑DS configuration and digital provisioning.
• Lead scheme certification activities such as MIP testing, SIT, UAT, performance, security testing and production readiness.
• Configure authorization, authentication, settlement and dispute‑management processes.
• Manage cross‑functional delivery, project governance, risk tracking, milestone reporting and post‑go‑live stabilization.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in fintech, BNPL, payments and card‑issuing domains.
• Proven track record of leading technical implementations of card programs.
• Strong understanding of SAMA regulatory requirements and payment‑scheme standards.
