Technical Infrastructure Manager

About the role

The organization seeks a senior leader to oversee the full spectrum of enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability, performance and security across data‑center, cloud and on‑premise environments. The role reports to senior leadership and works closely with security, business and vendor partners.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end enterprise IT infrastructure operations across data‑center, servers, networks, Linux/Unix, endpoint, SOC, NOC, storage, backup and cloud environments.
• Manage a multidisciplinary team of 25+ engineers, ensuring high availability, performance and capacity of all services.
• Own SLA, OLA, KPI and uptime targets, driving incident, problem and change management in line with ITIL.
• Develop and execute service improvement plans, automation and AI‑enabled initiatives, and produce operational dashboards for senior leadership.
• Coordinate with vendors, security and business stakeholders to maintain compliance with ISO, risk and governance requirements.

Required profile

• 18–20 years of experience in IT infrastructure operations and service delivery, preferably within the KSA region.
• Saudi national with proven ability to lead large, cross‑functional teams (25+ members).
• Strong background in data‑center, server virtualization, LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/SD‑WAN, Linux/Unix, SOC/NOC, storage, backup and hybrid cloud environments.
• Extensive experience with ITIL processes, SLA/KPI management and root‑cause analysis.
