Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead the technical narrative across client engagements, from pre‑sales and solution architecture to delivery, quality assurance and executive reporting. Reporting to the COO, you will work on enterprise platforms, digital products and AI solutions for leading brands in Saudi Arabia and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain technology architecture standards, roadmaps, platform choices, security posture and DevOps practices for client and internal products.
• Partner with account management and leadership on pitches and RFPs, owning the technical narrative end‑to‑end.
• Translate business briefs into solution architecture, scope of work, effort estimates, timelines and commercial pricing.
• Author and present technical proposals, pitch decks, SOWs, SRS documents and TCO models.
• Convert client requirements into technical specifications, backlogs, sprint plans and developer‑ready tasks.
• Manage in‑house and remote (Pakistan‑based) development teams, handling capacity planning, resource allocation and performance management.
• Monitor delivery progress, identify risks early and provide structured weekly and monthly reports to executive leadership.
• Serve as senior technical point of contact for client engagements, handling escalations, change requests and architecture discussions.

Required profile

• 5–8+ years delivering technology projects with proven leadership of cross‑functional engineering teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Excellent English communication and writing skills; Arabic is a strong plus.
