About the role
Saipem is seeking a Technical Staff Assistant to support its technical and project teams in Saudi Arabia. You will ensure smooth daily operations by handling administrative tasks, coordinating communications, and maintaining project documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative and coordination support to technical and project teams.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications between stakeholders.
- Maintain and organize project files and records.
- Support team members with daily operational tasks and follow‑ups.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of experience in administrative or technical support roles.
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time‑management and teamwork abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
