Technical Trainer

About the role

The Technical Trainer will design, deliver and evaluate comprehensive technical training programmes for Zero Dry Time’s cleaning technicians and franchise operators across Saudi Arabia. The role combines classroom instruction, hands‑on simulation and on‑site coaching to ensure mastery of specialised machinery, chemicals and SOPs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured onboarding programmes, blending classroom learning, e‑learning modules and practical simulations for new technicians and franchise staff.
• Deliver specialist surface training covering leather repair, wood floor refurbishment, hard‑floor and grout cleaning techniques.
• Perform field coaching, ride‑alongs and random site audits to verify compliance with service protocols, safety standards and customer satisfaction.
• Localise and update training manuals, visual aids and video tutorials to suit Saudi environmental and regulatory conditions.
• Enforce chemical safety, PPE compliance and routine equipment maintenance, ensuring zero cross‑contamination across client visits.

Required profile

• 5+ years hands‑on experience in specialised floor care, carpet, upholstery or surface restoration.
• 2+ years experience in technical training, field supervision or quality control within cleaning services.
• Proven mastery of surface restoration techniques and low‑moisture cleaning systems.
• High School Diploma or vocational certificate; Bachelor’s degree in engineering or facilities management is an asset.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Arabic and a valid Saudi driver’s licence.
