Technician - Analyzer

About the role

The Analyzer Technician is responsible for routine repair, corrective maintenance, and basic troubleshooting of analyzer process equipment and systems. The role ensures equipment availability and reliability for plant operations while working under supervision and adhering to standard operating procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Read diagrams and schematic drawings to determine appropriate work procedures.
• Study work orders, understand required tasks, and execute them according to specifications.
• Obtain necessary work permits and apply risk control measures to perform maintenance safely.
• Execute plant maintenance activities, including troubleshooting and rectification of process equipment.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and turnaround maintenance of new or modified equipment.
• Document work performed in test forms and condition reports, and participate in toolbox meetings.
• Maintain good housekeeping, comply with EHS systems, and follow all environmental, health, safety, and quality policies.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent in Analytical, Instrumentation, or Control Engineering.
• 0‑3 years of related experience in maintenance or engineering.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical diagrams and procedures.
• Strong written communication skills for reports, correspondence, and manuals.
• Capability to present technical information to managers, clients, and stakeholders.
